Membership Policy

1. Cancellations

With our 100% refundable option for the cancellation of your purchase, we do NOT refund after the 3rd day of your membership being active.

2. Usage

We provide our services 24/7 for any time of the day for all membership members. Members with our "First-Priority Scheduling" Get first pick at our available times. The membership is only available for one specific vehicle, you may add an additional vehicle into the membership for an extra fee.

3. Change of plan

If at any point in time, you would like to upgrade your plan or downsize to a different plan, you are able to do so at any point in time. If you are upgrading your plan you can upgrade by paying the difference between the two plans. If you are downsizing you must notify us within the first 5 days or by the 3rd service we do on your vehicle. Otherwise, your refund of the difference is non-negotiable.

4. Weather Conditions

With the planning of weeks/months that you would like to purchase our membership program, please make sure you are verifying that the weather conditions work for both you and our team. We do NOT give extra days back for any days it is supposed to rain/snow/storm.

5. Referrals

Within the time you are a member of our program, you can STILL earn credits towards your services for every referral you bring in. Make sure each referral mentions that you sent them to us, so that we can give the credits to the right person.
